incarNations - it's a project founded by us - Maja Kleszcz  and Wojtek Krzak from the Warsaw Village Band. After many years of traveling and playing  (34 countries, 4 continents) we sow how many similarities the human kind has. It's no matter if it's Tokyo or Algier, Oslo or Dakar. We are searching for musical and cultural adventures, that's why we started cooperation with African, European and Asian artists. And we are still looking for more!

We know - There is One Culture - The Human Kind Culture.

 

 

incarNations - it's about the music - "The Sunset Street" - recodred with St. Africa (Becaye Aw, Mamadou Diouf) and polish poet Bogdan Loebl was choosen by BBC legend  -Charlie Gillett into his compilation "World 2006". You will find us among such a stars like: Ali Farka Toure, Amadou&Mariam and Kronos Qartet.

Also our project we are prarticipating in - MackoKorba&incarNations - was a big succes. French movie director - Tony Gatlif (the Golden Palm Cannes 2004) invited us to Paris to play for him during the official premier of his latest movie - "Transylvania".
 

Our biggest production is album Infinity produced and composed for Warsaw Village Band. Soon after premiere we recived great reviews!!

 

incarNations - it's more than 15 years of Kamahuk experience. It's the first Polish label specialised in world music, reggae, roots and blues music. Worldwide known because of The Twinkle Brothers and Trebunie Tutki cooperation. Real Jamaican roots reggae legend and Polish highlanders. Kamahuk produced also pure blues recordings of Louisiana Red and early recordings of Warsaw Village Band. In 1989, Wlodzimierz Kleszcz - the foundator of Kamahuk - organised "Solidarity Anti-Apartheid" - legendary concert of the greatest stars of reggae music. The concert took place in historic shipyard in Gdansk. Kamahuk it's a real Polish roots, world, and reggae legend.

Today, we can work with the best artists and that's why we want to share our ideas with you!
